Blending insights from mental health professionals with real-world leadership experiences, this workshop equips you with practical strategies, tools, and conversation techniques to support team members — all while still meeting business performance goals.

Recognized by SHRM as a Recertification Partner, this program offers 4 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for HR professionals with SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® certifications.
