Join IPF Yoga Teacher Naomi Chester for a 6-week session that will introduce you to the fascinating style of Yoga that is Ashtanga Vinyasa.
This vigorous style of Yoga follows a specific sequence of postures that link breath with movement. Increase your physical and mental strength, flexibility, core strength and stamina and learn valuable life skills to take off the mat and into your daily life.
Designed for the purposes of internal cleansing, you can expect body heat to be increased and fun to be had over the course of the session. ;)
Ashtanga Vinyasa is a lifelong practice and Naomi will teach you how to approach it with moderation and kindness. She'll show you how to modify and make adjustments to suit your individual needs.
Learn the sequences of Surya Namaskar A and B, the Fundamentals and part of the Primary series. Discover how to practice safely and effectively to receive the maximum benefits from your efforts.
Suitable for new and experienced Yoga students.
