WHAT IS THIS?
As folks who care deeply about creating meaningful change, we have a tendency to push ourselves. We often lose sight of the importance of taking care of ourselves.
This is a place to get the care you deserve to help you feel resourced so you can keep showing up in service to a better world.
Through a series of invitations and practices, you will receive:
- Support for burnout and overwhelm
- Practical ways to calm your nervous system
- Tools for building capacity and resilience
- Connection with others who are going through it

OUR TIME TOGETHER WILL INCLUDE:
- Guided, grounding meditation
- Embodiment and regulation practices
- Heart-centred sharing space
- Invitations for integration in your work and life

What if the ways we care for ourselves and each other are a reflection of how we show up in service to the world?
