Prenatal yoga is all about connection...to your body, mind, spirit and your baby...not to mention the other moms-to-be in the class.
Join IPF prenatal yoga teacher, Karen Boaz for this 6-week prenatal yoga session.
This class includes yoga postures specifically suited for expectant mothers. You'll practice breathing exercises, active meditations and a relaxing restorative sequence you can practice before and after your baby is born.
Be ready to move your body in a way that feels great, have fun, breathe deeply, relax, and leave with some new friends!
This class will be held IN STUDIO.
Please bring your own yoga mat. Wear comfortable and stretchy clothing and bring water.
**Be sure to get the go-ahead from your healthcare provider before coming to class.
