We want you to bring a friend to Go Skateboarding Day!
If you have a friend that wants to start skating but just hasn't taken that leap yet bring em to Bluetile on June 21st and we are going to give them a free board! If you have a friend that used to skate and you're trying to drag them back out into the streets for some kickflips! Bring em to Bluetile and we are going to give them a board!
We are trying to grow the skateboarding community in Columbia so this isn't just free skateboards for anyone. These are free skateboards for those who need a board. So bring a friend who NEEDS a board and we will hook it up.
We are kicking things off at noon on Saturday June 21st with free burgers from Granby Burger (veggie options as well). lunch is from noon to 3pm. We will be giving out food and boards during that time but come out prepared to skate because we are all hitting the streets out 4pm!
After party will be at The New Brookland Tavern at 8PM where we will have Sk8 Karaoke. We will also have some obstacles to set up inside the venue just like in the cult classic skate film The Search For Animal Chin.
All ages are welcome. We are not responsible for shark bites at the karaoke skate jam.
11-7 - The shop is open for business
Noon - 3 Granby Burgers is grillin burgers
Noon - 4 we are giving away boards (while supplies last)
4pm - We are going street skating
8pm - Sk8 Karaoke at The New Brookland Tavern where you can sing all your favorite tunes from the Tony Hawk Pro Skater soundtrack. Bring your board!!! We will have obstacles set up in the venue for maximum fun times.
