Thursday Community Vin to Yin Series🧘‍♂️

Join the lovely Lauren Barlag for on the last Thursday of the month March through May for a Community Vin to Yin class from 7:00-8:00 pm ☮️

This class begins with vinyasa yoga and ends with yin-restorative yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga (low-medium intensity/all levels): vi – order; nyasa – to place, placement: the conscious order and placement of the body with three main components: intention + breath + movement/flow.

Yin-Restorative Yoga (beginner, low intensity/all levels): A more relaxed yoga practice consisting of floor postures held for three to five minutes. A Yin practice emphasizes the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. Our yin yoga classes also include restorative poses and deep relaxation.
