Learn how to channel your inner super hero! There will be lots wild movie-style martial arts skills. There will be games and exercises that focus on building up all the important super hero skills like confidence and leadership. Participants will choreograph super hero 'fight scenes' and of course perfect their super hero landing pose! And lots more!
Ages 6-13
Full and half day options
$280 full day ($250 if enrolled and paid by March 31st)
9:00 am to 3:30 pm (bring your own lunch, snacks provided)
$175 half day ($150 if enrolled and paid by March 31st)
9:00 am to 12:00 pm (snacks provided)
