• Identifying Personal Values: Participants will engage in reflection exercises to identify their core values, which serve as a foundation for self-reliance.
• Overcoming Obstacles: Attendees will discuss common barriers to self-reliance and share experiences in a supportive environment, fostering community and connection.

Action Planning: Each participant will leave with a personalized action plan to cultivate self-reliance in their daily lives, including specific steps to enhance their self-trust.
