Yoga for Skaters - for ALL
Beginner friendly, all bodies welcome.
Free offering each 1st Saturday at 10:00am-10:50am at the Wake N Skate.
Yoga led by Marie, live ambient harp played by Gilly.
Join us as we gently strengthen and stretch the key skating muscles, improve balance, and finish in a sweet guided meditation. Bring your mat or borrow one (limited). Feel welcomed to arrive 10-15 minutes early to park and find us.
The dj’d skate begins right after yoga at 11:00am. There are also free skate rentals and brunch bites available for this event.

This is a FREE event, including rentals (with ID).

PARKING TIP:
Rink is between the pickleball courts and the Montgomery Inn. Find parking at Friendship Park, near the pickleball courts in the Sawyer Point lot, or street parking on Riverside Dr.
