The Cincinnati NAACP Housing Committee is collaborating with the Community Action
Agency, Legal Aid, LISC, Pro Seniors, People Working Cooperatively to host another
essential event called “Home Strong: Protecting Your
Legacy Through Resources for Existing Homeowners” sponsored by US Bank.
The primary objective of this event is to connect homeowners residing in high-risk
communities susceptible to foreclosure with organizations that can provide information
for the betterment of their legacy and overall ownership. The event will be held on
August 2, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Community Center.
Admission is free of charge.
Two special sessions will be conducted during the event: Home repair tips 101 and
Estate Planning - Passing on the Legacy between 10:00-10:45am and 11:15-12:00pm
Attendees are also able to freely interact with the community partner tables that will be
present to provide critical pertinent information as well as information for available
resources.
