Free Flow Friday is a womb healing experience designed to help womb bearers reconnect with their center.
Enjoy womb friendly refreshments, then join us for some dancing, some deep stretching, and some deep resting. At the end we will take a moment of self reflecting with a group journaling session.
Sliding scale tickets available upon request!
WHAT TO WEAR:
We will be moving and flowing. Wear clothes that are lose fitting and allow movement. Flowy skirts/pants, lapas, and/or sarongs.
WHAT TO BRING:
Rest is deeply encouraged! Bring your favorite pillow and a blanket.
Also bring your favorite journal if you have one!
