DROP OFF AND PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
*Drop Off: Between 6:45 and 7:15
*Pick Up: 9:30-10:00pm directly following the event.
*A parent/guardian must sign their child in and out of the event
at the registration desk outside of the Seacrest Studio.

CAREGIVER EVENT
* Caregivers are not required to stay for the event.
*We kindly ask that caregivers not attend Prom with their teen.
For those who wish to stay on site during Prom, a caregiver
event will be held at the same time in a different room.

ATTIRE
*Formal attire encouraged, but not required. We have a limited
selection of Prom Dresses/suits in various styles, sizes and
lengths. We may not have an option that suits everyone's needs
and can’t guarantee that we will have one that fits each person
perfectly.
*Try on dates for dresses and tuxes will be 5/29 and 5/30 from 3-
7pm at Cincinati Children’s Hospital main campus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
*Hosptial staff, including medical staff, are supervising PROM.
*Each attendee can bring a guest. All attendees must be between
the ages of 14 and 18 year old.
*This event is completely free of charge.
*Prom Waiver must be completed and signed by ALL attendees
prior to entering.
