Yoga: Embodied Inquiry

Embodied Inquiry (formerly Steadiness & Ease) focuses on playful exploration of movement and breath in an embodied flow. Listen to your own body, adapt the practice as desired, and rest when you feel called to do so.
All bodies are welcome. All genders are welcome. Drop-ins, class cards and monthly tuition for unlimited yoga classes available.
