A regular non- judgmental space to share and connect with other men in the community held by Andy, every 3 weeks at That Little Yoga Place in Moruya.

To cultivate self-mastery and integrity, practice conscious communication and build community though non-judgmental listening, support and acceptance.

All men are welcomed.
