Women's Self-Defense & Empowerment class

As SEEN on Dr. Phil! “Play It Safe Defense" has been designed to offer the most effective and practical self-defense techniques for the average woman in realistic assault situations.Spaces are LIMITED as we keep the class small so that students get individual attention and plenty of practice time. Faced with a mock assailant wearing protective gear, our class teaches a woman how to defend herself against the most common and probable attacks after learning and practicing the techniques on a "real instructor."

Topics include:

• Prevention, Awareness, voice and boundary setting.
• High school and college safety related issues will be discussed.
• Travel safety
• 10 most common ways women are attacked.
• Most common weapons used on people.
• Personal protection products to carry.
• Techniques are practiced on "mock" attackers
