This breathwork gathering is more than a class—it's a call to CONNECT. To yourself, to your body, and to each other. No matter how resistant you may be.

We created this space with deep intention: to serve the community through shared healing. A space where you're welcomed exactly as you are, and where anything you're carrying is allowed to be here too. The good the bad and especially the ugly.

Meet your host:

Carmina Marie-A Taurus with a spefic knack for gathering others and curating a space that has an easy flow of healing squealing and feeling.

I have three fantastic co-facilitators joining me:

Sarah Blasi- An aries with a soft touch and years of experience working in circle, specializing in grief and transmuting those feelings.

Kerri Artz-A cancer that is fueled by rage and love all at once, appearing tame but wild as they come. And a natural medium & witch.

Sherie Honarvar-A pisces that specializes in trauma and nervous system regulating. You will not meet a woman with a better attitude and energy no matter what is going on.

With live music woven through the journey, the energy here is visceral. Intimate. Sometimes/often extreme. This is not surface-level self-care—this is nervous system recalibration, emotional exorcism, and soul-level restoration. REWIRE your shot out system.

Through guided techniques, support, and your own breath, you'll have the chance to explore the layers within— releasing, revealing, and creating. The depth we go is always your choice. There is no pressure, no performance. Only what feels right for you in the moment. This is truly a breathwork meditation event that is designed for the folks that CANNOT stand it anylonger. the one's that struggle, FITTING IN, the ones that know they need something but arent sure wtf that is.
