A free movement practice, rooted in ancient practice and modern mindfulness.

This experience will invite you to move and breathe intuitively, to recalibrate your body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Opening the space with an intentional cup of raw cacao, followed by a gently facilitated dance & musical journey, closing the practice with an integration meditation.
