Monthly Mindfulness: Activating Our Curiosity

This gathering, open to all, regardless of experience or prior knowledge of mindfulness, is an opportunity to explore relevant topics and to engage in mindful meditation practices.



The theme of the July class is: Activating our curiosity to mindfully look at our patterns (mental, physical, and emotional energetic patterns) to increase our awareness and acceptance of our unique rising and falling, expansion and contraction.



Wear comfortable clothing, and bring your water bottle.
