Breathwork for Release & Renewal

Join us for an expansive breathwork practice designed to help you release heavy or dense emotions, tension, and stress stored in the mind, body, and spirit. Through this active breathing meditation, we will create space for emotional release, conscious awareness, and spiritual awakening. Aligned with the energy of the Summer Solstice, this session supports a shift into greater ease, rest, and renewal—while inviting deep regulation of the nervous system and connection to your inner self.
