Sunsets, Singing Bowls & Stress Relief Inside Blackburn Park

Join us for a serene and restorative sound healing experience in the peaceful, shaded fields of Blackburn Park. Surrounded by the gentle sounds of Mother Nature, this class is designed to melt away stress and naturally reset your nervous system bringing deep peace. Certified sound healer Jenn Hawkins will guide you into deep relaxation with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, a rainstick, and the enchanting Flower of Life wind gong.



The class takes place in the field near the parking lot entrance off of Edgar Road, easily visible from the parking lot for your convenience.



Come as you are, bring a yoga mat or blanket, and allow yourself to unwind as the harmonious sounds wash over you. This session is perfect for anyone seeking a moment of calm and connection amidst the busyness of life.



In the event of inclement weather, the session will move indoors to the upstairs studio at Joy of Yoga and you will be notified via email.
