Outdoor Sound Journey w. optional Sauna + Cold Plunge

Welcome to your Outdoor Sound Journey - A Collaboration with Ember & Ice, bringing you an evening of healing & recalibration.

Join us on Wednesday, August 13th at 6pm for a transformative experience with your soul. This will be an hour long soundbath with the option to sauna + cold plunge afterwards included in the ticket price!

Receiving sound healing, particularly, one held in nature will help you relax, recharge, and find your inner peace in a way few things can! The gong, alchemy crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments shift your brain waves into theta waves, activating your body’s parasympathetic response and natural healing ability. Expect to feel at peace and leave in a new consciousness!

Follow it up with a sauna + cold plunge to take your healing and recalibration to the next level!

Parking:

Parking can be tricky, arrive early to find a spot along Arapahoe by Eben G Fine park and then walk over to Ember & Ice. We are behind the Foot of the Mountain Motel.

Betsy Workman is a sound healer and gong practitioner based in Boulder, Colorado. Her soundbaths offer a space for deep rest, nervous system balance, and heart-centered healing. With a grounded and intuitive approach, she invites participants to soften, release, and reconnect to inner stillness. When not facilitating sound healing, she enjoys life in the Colorado outdoors with her dog, Newman.
