Somatic Unwinding: Breathwork, Coaching, and Collective Integration

Join us for an intimate breathwork gathering rooted in connection: first with the land, then with ourselves and one another.

We’ll begin with a grounding ritual to honor and connect with the land beneath us, followed by a guided conscious breathwork journey to support emotional release, nervous system healing, and deep inner listening. Afterward, we’ll gather in circle for group coaching, reflection, and integration.

We are not meant to do this work alone.Come partake in a group healing experience where we will gently have the opportunity to share and connect after to help support integration, build resonance, and remember that we heal in community.

Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, come as you are. This will be a gentle, powerful space to feel, release, and remember.
