Mobility Goals: Stretch, Strengthen, and Move Better
Our Mobility Class is designed to help you unlock your movement potential by combining stretching, movement, and strengthening exercises. Whether you're aiming for a better range of motion, improved control, or working toward advanced positions like the pancake or pistol squat, this class will guide you every step of the way.
These are some of the topics that are covered in the class:
- Mobility & Stretching: Increase your range of motion and reduce the risk of injury with exercises aimed at improving joint flexibility and muscle elasticity. People who attend this class on a regular basis, work their way towards goals like the pancake position.
Bodyweight
- Strength Work: Enhance your physical strength and endurance through bodyweight exercises that focus on building muscle and improving core stability. We train step by step towards cossack squat, pistol squat and dragon squat mobility and strength.
- Coordination Exercises: Develop your coordination and agility with targeted activities that challenge both your mind and body, enhancing your ability to perform complex movements.
- Animal Moves / Locomotion: Train your whole body through a variety of animal-like movement patterns to improve mobility, coordination and strength. Afterwards we combine the learnt Moves into flowing sequences.
- Balance Training: Improve your balance and stability through exercises designed to enhance proprioception and body control.
