About the event

dynamic stretching workshop

As part of the b12 festival, I am teaching a dynamic stretching workshop to enhance fluidity, strength, and mind-body connection. Drawing on Gyrotonic®, Pilates, yoga, and functional anatomy, this class focuses on flexibility, tension release, joint mobility, and spine range of motion while building grounding and stability.
Please bring a resistance band or, alternatively, a belt and towel.
