Cacao ceremony: Breath, Tarot, and Journaling for clarity

We will gather in a calm space where everyone can arrive, breathe, and settle.

After a short round of introductions, warm cups of ceremonial cacao will be shared.

Cacao is a gentle heart-opening plant medicine known for supporting emotional clarity, relaxation, and a deeper connection to oneself. It simply helps the mind soften and the heart open.

Before we drink together, we will chant to create a shared vibration that relaxes the body and prepares us for the journey.

We will then explore the story of cacao and its traditional use as a guide for inner awareness.

While enjoying the cacao, we will speak briefly about the Tarot as a symbolic language that helps us understand different parts of ourselves.

This is followed by a simple chant dedicated to Isis, Mother of Intuition and Moon Magic, inviting a calm, intuitive atmosphere into the room.

Each participant will receive the Tarot card connected to their zodiac sign and will be guided to observe the imagery and write down what stands out.

We will then continue with a gentle breathwork exercise.

With slow, steady breathing you will be guided to imagine stepping into your card and meeting the archetype within it, a symbolic figure representing inner wisdom.

Afterward, there will be time to journal and, if desired, share experiences in a supportive group setting.

To close, everyone will draw one final card to reflect on how it connects to their journey.

We end by giving thanks and grounding together.
