PARKVERBOT AUF DEM HOF! There will be a WAGEN/KARRE if we have a lot to carry inside.
14:00 - 14:45 We can bring the pots and food to the kitchen of the Parish Hall. (Separate Kitchen Entrance, please be QUIET: Children of St. Gertrud Parish are practicing their Christmas Program!)
ONLY FOOD will be brought into the KITCHEN !!
We will deposit other baskets, boxes (deco, other supplies, own plates, etc.) at the back of the church - choir loft.
14:45 Please come into the Church, write your intentions, make your offerings.
15:00 Uhr Community Mass at St. Gertrud Frühlingstraße 29, Schweinheim Aschaffenburg. Songs/Hymns will be posted on our FB Page!
16:20 Uhr After the Mass Decoration and setting up of Buffet at the Parish Hall
1. We will decorate the Parish Hall TOGETHER. We will bring
- Christmas decoration and lights from home,
- strong tapes, strong thread, double-sided tape, draht, etc.
2. We will bring food, if possible in electric wok.
3. We will bring Verlängerungskabel, if available.
4. There will be a group responsible for heating up the food brought in pots/pans and for setting up the buffet.
3. Strong men will bring the chairs from the Stuhllager.
There will be coffee and cookies para hindi kumulo ang tiyan natin after fasting for communion.
18:00 We will bless the food together and give thanks.
Das buffet ist eröffnet!
1. Pappteller, Pappbecher for coffee, plastic cups for wine will be provided.
2. Fork, spoon, knife will be REAL ones from the Halle.
3. Those who want to use ceramic plates, coffee cups, glasses for yourself and for your guests, please bring your own.
During dinner, a group member will come to your table with the Donation Box for funds for the Hallengebühr amounting to 205€.
We will not bring our own drinks! (except Babies up to 2,5 yrs.!) Drinks in 0,5 Liter Bottles will be sold at reasonable price, also to raise funds.

to be announced - 150ml Wine in plastic cup
BOTTLES WILL BE RETURNED and dropped into the Sack/Cases provided for this purpose.
ACCOUNTING of Funds Raised and Money Spent for Costs will be posted on FB Page!
1. We will take ONE PLATE per PERSON
2. We will only take as much food from the buffet as we can finish.
3. If we are not sure we will like one food, we will only take a spoonful of it for trying.
4. We will not form a mountain of food on our plate.
5. We are free to go back to the buffet as often as we want.
6. We will clean up food/sauce we drop on the floor ourselves.
7. We will NOT LEAVE FOOD UNEATEN on our plates. WALANG TIRA, PLEASE!
8. We can clean our plate from sauce and bones (not uneaten Food!) with KÜCHENPAPIER before using it again for 2nd/3rd portion or dessert.
9. We will throw the Küchenpapier in the pails - EIMER - specially provided for it. This is necessary to MINIMIZE ABFALL!

NIKOLAUS KOMMT: giving of Nikolaus-Tuten/Säckchen
Parents who want to give their children their Nikolaus-Gift/Tüte will bring the gift with the name of their child and
PUT IT IN THE SACK at the Entrance.

21:30 End of celebration WALANG IWANAN!
1. Time for TAKE-HOME PA-BALOT: We will be orderly in packing the Take-Home Tüten!
2. We will STACK ORDENTLICH the CLEANED used paper plates/cups on the WAGEN.
3. We will clear the tables and wipe them clean.
4. We will pack-up our pots and pans AS IS and RINSE and CLEAN them AT HOME. Küchenpapier will be available to wipe the outside of pots and pans for transport.
5.The chairs will be placed back in the Stuhllager.
6. We will dismantle and pack up our Christmas decorations.
7. We will sweep the floor.
After everything is done, we will say/sing a prayer of Thanksgiving and wish each other a safe drive home.
