Full Moon Ceremony

Gather in community under the Full Moon and energy of observation & release. During this part of the lunar cycle, we may become curious with what has come to fruition, or gained momentum with the intentions we set under the New Moon and release what may not be working or coming together for us at this time. Through the use of visualization, journaling, elemental rituals, and somatic movement, we free our minds & bodies energetically, to cultivate space for what IS showing up for us.
