Yoga for Uncertain Times is a steady, supportive class designed to meet you where you are—especially in moments of stress, grief, fear, or emotional exhaustion. With a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, this class offers a grounding space to soothe your nervous system, restore balance, and build inner resilience.
Each session weaves together gentle asana, somatic tools, and reflective practices to help you move through stuckness, connect with your breath, and return to yourself. Whether you're seeking clarity, calm, strength, or simply a moment of peace, you'll be supported in cultivating a deeper sense of presence and possibility—on and off the mat. No two classes are the same, as each one follows a theme (like radical self-love, be like water, or mountains & trees) and responds to the energy and needs of the group.
Offered through a trauma-informed lens, this class centers choice, compassion, and embodied care. You’re invited to move at your own pace, listen inward, and find what nourishes you most. Come as you are, and leave feeling more rooted, spacious, and held.
