Mae Paned i’r Blaned yn rhoi gofod i bobl ddod at ei gilydd i drafod materion amgylcheddol trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg. Bydd cyfle i bawb gynnig pynciau trafod, a fydd yn newid bob sesiwn: o natur a bioamrywiaeth i dyfu bwyd, o ynni i drafnidiaeth.
Mae Paned i’r Blaned yn ofod cyfforddus, amyneddgar i bobl ddefnyddio eu Cymraeg ac ehangu eu geirfa. Rydym yn galw ar siaradwyr rhugl i roi cefnogaeth i’r rhai sydd eisiau ymarfer eu Cymraeg ond efallai yn llai hyderus. Bydd geirfa i’w wneud â phwnc y mis ar gael i helpu.
Mae’r syniad wedi ei ysbrydoli gan bethau fel Climate Cafes, People, Planet, Pint, a Paned a Sgwrs – cyfleoedd i bobl drafod materion hinsawdd mewn ffordd anffurfiol, wedi’u harwain gan y gymuned. Gyda mwy a mwy o bobl yn bryderus am newid hinsawdd, mae sesiynau fel hyn yn dod yn fwyfwy poblogaidd ar draws y byd.

Do you want to come and discuss climate change in a supportive, informal space, over a good cup of tea and a delicious cake?
Paned i’r Blaned (a cuppa for the planet) gives people a space to come together to discuss environmental issues through the medium of Welsh. Everyone will have the opportunity to propose topics for discussion, which will change every session: from nature and biodiversity to growing food, from energy to transport.
Paned i’r Blaned is a comfortable, patient space for people to use their Welsh and expand their vocabulary. We are calling on fluent speakers to give support to those who want to practice their Welsh but may be less confident in doing so. Vocabulary around the month’s topic will be on hand to help.
The idea is inspired by things like Climate Cafes, People, Planet, Pint, and Paned a Sgwrs – opportunities for people to discuss climate issues in an informal way, led by the community. With more and more people concerned about climate change, sessions like this are becoming increasingly popular across the world.
There is no charge for the session (or the tea/cake!), so come along for an interesting chat!
