Take the first steps in Kimchi, a fermented Korean food.
Learn to preserve your vegetables through fermenting them in brine... This helps to keep your produce edible for longer and the salt water creates an environment where bacterial magic can happen!
Kimchi is a powerful pro-biotic food, great to support healthy digestion.
In this session we will taste various fermented vegetables and learn to make some Kimchi with locally grown harvest produce including cabbage, radish, garlic and chilli.
