Summer Solstice - 108 Sun Salutations

Celebrate the start of summer with movement and momentum. Our 101 Sun Salutations event is a guided, energizing practice designed to mark the longest day of the year with strength, focus, and community.

We’ll move through Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskar A) in steady, supportive sets with built-in rest periods, hydration breaks, and options to modify or pause at any time. This is not about perfection—it's about showing up, building endurance, and finding your flow.
