Yin & Yang: Flow Into Stillness
Move. Pause. Receive. Join us for a practice that blends gentle movement, deep rest, and energetic healing.

We'll begin with a gentle (Yang) flow—slow, intentional movement to awaken breath and body. Then, ease into the stillness of Yin, where long-held postures invite release and surrender. Reiki will be offered during the Yin portion to support emotional and energetic balance.

A heart-opening cacao pause between flow and stillness—time to reset, reflect, and connect before dropping deeper into rest.

This class invites you to experience the full spectrum: from motion to stillness, doing to being, outer world to inner self.

Perfect for all levels. Come as you are. Leave feeling restored, realigned, and renewed.
