Beginner Yoga Series

Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this 3-week series is the perfect place to start. Designed to demystify yoga and help you feel confident in any class, you'll learn the foundational poses, breathing techniques, and alignment principles in a supportive, judgment-free space.

We will meet on 7/10, 7/17, 7/14. Each session is 90 minutes and builds progressively—so by the end of the series, you'll feel stronger, more balanced, and empowered to continue your practice.
