Come as you are - Move as you wish!

If you were given complete freedom to express yourself through movement, what would it look like?

Dance Yourself Free is an invitation to explore, play, move and feel into your body, your rhythm, your groove. Bring your joy, or your sorrow. We gather once a month with a playlist of diverse music genres intentionally curated by community members. Be in your own space or connect with others.

Once a month on Fridays, 7:00-8:30pm

Cost: Community Donation Event // Punchcards Accepted
