Join us in-person for this community gathering as we celebrate and honor Summer Solstice.
Recognizing the rhythm of the seasons as a source of healing for our minds, bodies and hearts, Joy Evans will guide us through a community sound healing. During this healing-centric practice of self-care as community care, we hold space to allow our mind/body to get in tune with the fire energy of the sun. Allow the calming sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls to support you in a deep practice of restorative rest as we tune into the energy of the sun on the longest day of the year. With gently guided breathwork and nature imagery, together we will ground into sacred stillness.
The sound/vibration/energy of alchemy crystal singing bowls can be impactful both physically on the mind/body and energetically on the subtle energy bodies. Joy will be moving around the studio during this in-person gathering to offer each person who attends a gentle energy clearing to support your connection and gratitude for the sun’s energy. Together we will cultivate gratitude for the sun and reflect on what messages nature wants to share with us on the Summer Solstice.
On this special moment of the season, leave this community gathering with a new crystal friend and a warm connection with your own heart.
