PREGNANCY YOGA WITH SOUND BATH RELAXATION ✨

Are you in your 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy?

Wednesday 30th July, I’m co-hosting a summer special class offering a Pregnancy Yoga practice, followed by a soothing Sound Bath by experienced sound therapist & doula, Kate Markham from bythemoondoula.co.uk

Kate holds a nurturing space, exploring with the gentle sounds of crystal bowls, delicate chimes and her soft voice washing over. An opportunity for you to pause, rest and connect with your little one.

Including yoga, all your relaxation comfort (many props), refreshments, and the sound bath the fee is £25

No previous yoga or sound bath experience needed
