Wednesday 30th July, I’m co-hosting a summer special class offering a Relaxing and gentle yoga practice, followed by a soothing Sound Bath by experienced sound therapist & doula, Kate Markham from bythemoondoula.co.uk

Kate holds a nurturing space, exploring with the gentle sounds of crystal bowls, delicate chimes and her soft voice washing over. An opportunity for you to pause, rest and connect with your little one.

Including yoga, all your relaxation comfort (many props), refreshments, and the sound bath the fee is £20

No previous yoga or sound bath experience needed
