Meet your hosts:

Nicola is a high performance coach, she specialises in female empowerment & wellbeing. She believes if you want more you need to become more, she is passionate about helping women get "unstuck" & unlock their potential to say YES to a No Limit Life, with a scientifically proven methodology in positive psychology

Cathy is an intuitive trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, transformation coach and mindfulness guide with over 25 years experience in the wellbeing world. She specialises in supporting women to rediscover their authentic selves, their power and their self-belief so they can navigate life’s difficulties with confidence, experience greater wellbeing and thrive in a way that feels aligned and congruent to them.

OUR NOVEMBER SPEAKER IS DR JILL McGARRY "SLEEP YOUR WAY TO SUCCESS"

Dr. Jill McGarry is a Clinical Psychologist with 28 years’ NHS experience, specialises in psychological support and sleep health. With advanced training from Oxford University and Sleep Unlimited. 

After leaving the NHS Jill runs a thriving private sleep clinic. 

In addition, she delivers sleep-focused talks and workshops across schools, health groups, corporate teams and organisations with night-shift / unusual hours workers. Recent partnerships include NHS England, UCLH Trust, and Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, BAE and Goldman Sachs. She also supervises clinicians and this summer has presented at Excel, NEC and Manchester Central for the Autism & ADHD along with running their sleep clinic

She will be showing us how to "Sleep your way to Success"

We'll be covering: the five pillars / pillows of sleep

1) Valuing it - the importance of sleep

2) Trusting it - what happens when we sleep

3) Personalising it - your sleep

4) Prioritising it - sleep hygiene
