Join us for a morning designed to restore and energise. The practice will begin with powerful intention setting and meditation working with ceremonial cacao — A moment to ground, drop in and arrive fully. We then flow into an uplifting fluid yoga session in an incredible space surrounded by the beautiful Alderley Park.
