‘Tone, Stretch & Relax’ class in collaboration with fab Dance Fit & Group Fitness trainer Louise Pena

Treat yourself to a revitalising fitness and wellbeing experience!

50-minute Body Tone indoor class with Louise using small weights and bands, followed by one hour deep Yoga stretches and a guided relaxation with Maryline

Start with an all over body workout, either as an extra treat to your existing fitness regime or to start you on the path to a new one.
Then relax and unwind with a mindful deep stretch, restorative yoga postures and guided meditation to calm the mind, and leave you feeling totally refreshed!

Suitable from 12 weeks postnatal / 16 weeks post caesarean - we will accommodate various levels of fitness for the workout session

Including refreshments - Charlton Lodge in Knutsford - £25 pp
