Through improv-inspired games and play, we’ll ease into laughter, looseness, and low-stakes courage. Whether you're new to improv or just looking for a space to practice being human, this is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeper, and have actual fun with other real-life people.

Led by Claire Slattery, Founder of Improv Central, and seasoned facilitator, coach, and performer with over a decade of experience helping humans show up more fully—for themselves and for each other. Claire has trained TED speakers, worked with execs at Google, Adobe, and SXSW, and taught thousands of people how to bring more play, clarity, and courage into the way they lead, speak, and collaborate.
