This nature-centered mindfulness meditation retreat is an opportunity to de-armour, re-connect and re-emerge into a greater sense of wholeness.
During the event we will practice breathing- and body-scan based meditation techniques. From there, we will open up to the essential question how to bring the stillness experienced inside to the external world. In other words: how to live meditation in everyday life situations.
Therefore, we will create situations in which we are going to have an opportunity to study, practice, and integrate the wisdom of these teachings in the community of participants. There will be time to relax and reflect, nature-walks, communal pick-nick-sessions and reflective journaling exercises - all while strengthening our skills to be more of a master of the mind instead of a servant.
Throughout this workshop we will explore how stillness and the act of slowing down can be a supportive tool to enjoy life more deeply. We will engage in nature-based practices, fine-tune our relational connection to the natural world (including human beings), and explore somatic approaches towards life with all its living beings around us.
Eventually, the program is designed to help us feeling more alive and in tune with the world around.
