This event is meant to be a heart-opening exercise: an opening towards both ourselves and the world around us. Generally, there are many different strategies to find genuine connections: Some prefer scribbling, some painting, some create music and some indulge in dance.
Within this session all participants are invited to join in a guided Wim Hof breathing exercise which is supposed to help the nervous system to relax on a deeper level. From there both body and mind might find it easier to let go of past habit patterns and corrupted (anxiety-based) safety strategies which would prevent us from connecting with one another through movement.
While our bodies will travel through space we will endeavour to discover and unleash a part of ourselves which is often neglected. Let’s spin around or simply be together - whether silently or in an outgoing way - incorporating and enhancing our creative qualities and shift our emotional and physical bodies effortlessly.
