Within this yoga class we will focus on flexibility, balance, highlight physical awareness and therefore embrace the connection within as without.
This all-levels yoga session is designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and reconnect — without rushing through movement. In this class, we’ll hold each posture for 15 to 60 seconds, allowing time to truly feel the body and gently expand your range of motion.
Expect mindful, accessible stretches with optional variations for those who want to explore deeper.

– experienced yogis looking to refine and reawaken alignment
– anyone wanting to increase flexibility, especially in hips, hamstrings, and back
🌿 We’ll practice indoors in a calm, spacious environment, with the option to step outside into the garden. After the class you are welcome to relax on the porch for fresh air and grounding.
🔸 Please bring your own yoga mat and anything you’d like to feel comfortable (e.g. blocks, blanket, strap).
🔸 Wear something easy to move in.
