Come join us for a Pole Silks Class this August. 🩷

Learn beautiful moves on silks and pole, this unique creation allows you to elevate your pole fitness to the next level!

This is a mixed ability class suitable for complete beginners to more advanced.

Remove all jewellery before class. No sharp items on clothing eg no zips or buckles.
Keep armpits covered..
T-shirt or jumper required.
