In this workshop, you’ll meet your true core—not just the surface muscles, but the deep stabilizers that support your posture, balance, and breath. By developing a stronger connection to your center, you’ll build strength and endurance that supports you both on and off the mat.

Tatiana brings over a decade of experience teaching Pilates, alongside her dedicated study of yoga. Her work with private clients has given her deep insight into how core awareness enhances movement, breath (pranayama), and asana. Join her for an empowering exploration of what it really means to move from your center.
