Find your balance and unwind with a rejuvenating yoga session led by me, Claire from Dharmabelle. A space where movement becomes medicine and breath is your guide.
Each class begins with a flowing Vinyasa-inspired sequence to awaken and energise the body. Rooted in Classical Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, my sequences blend strength and softness, creating a beautiful and creative journey inward. We move fluidly from posture to posture, synchronising breath with movement to build heat, awareness, and connection.
As we move towards the end of class, you'll be guided into longer-held, grounding postures designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep rest.
✨ Suitable for all levels - from complete beginners to seasoned yogis, with options always offered so you can practise in a way that feels right for you. No two classes are ever the same.
Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and more at home in your body.

Then each saturday from mid September.
