✨ This is a guided inward journey to reconnect, reset and restore.
We’ll explore:
🌀 Bodywork - using somatic movement and energy release practices to help you move through and let go of stuck or suppressed emotions and energetic blockages. Gentle and intuitive, this isn’t exercise, it’s a conversation with your body.
🌀 Breathwork - intentionally crafted to support the vagus nerve, calming the nervous system and creating more space for emotional regulation and inner safety.
🌀 Mindfulness - cultivating stillness and self-awareness, holding space for all parts of you to be felt and witnessed with compassion.
This is a trauma-sensitive practice space, where nothing is forced and everything is an invitation.
With my background in nursing and a degree in health, I bring together the wisdom of science with the depth of somatic, spiritual practice to support healing on a mental, emotional, physical and energetic level.
