Trails to Wellness is a family-friendly event celebrating the many unique paths to wellness, healing, and recovery. Join us for an afternoon of exploration where you can sample a variety of practices that support well-being, including yoga, aromatherapy, tarot readings, and more. Connect with local resources, discover new tools for self-care, and engage with a supportive community. Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or continuing down your path, Trails to Wellness offers something for everyone. Please note: while we welcome the whole family, we kindly ask that you leave pets at home.
