Run With Chrissy- A Beginner-Friendly Running Clinic

Have you always wanted to improve your running game? Now is your chance! Join Chrissy at Club Pilates LaSalle for a beginner-friendly 11 week running clinic. This clinic will help you progressively build towards a goal of running 5K , just in time for you and your CP Pilates fam to run the Windsor Waterfront 5k on Sunday September 14th.

The clinic involves one group run, meeting weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30pm in LaSalle, and two additional runs independently, maybe with your new run club besties, to help keep each other on track!
